We know there are some "DYI" customers out there. You have the ability to do a simple drill and tap (like on a Henry H001 Cover) and would prefer to "Do It Yourself."
In the world of firearms, there are two common sight mounting screw sizes. Most common is the size 6-48 screw yet most Marlin and Henry Rifles (Lever Action Models) use the more robust 8-40 size screw. These are not common "hardware store" sizes and it's often difficult to find the correct tap and drill set.
To make that easier we now offer them as a set.
A set consists of ONE tap and ONE Drill for the size you choose. These are the same tools we use in the Skinner Sights shop.
All standard drill and tap procedures apply. Wear Safety Glasses / Not guaranteed against breakage.
